How we expedite and arrange whole PCB+PCBA manufacturing process?

01. When we receive your order, engineers will making WF and instruction immediately. EQ and WF will feedback to you for your check and confirm within 12h(If have EQ or you need to confirm WF before production;if not, we will directly proceed production accordingly). Meanwhile, Components sourcing begin meanwhile when we receive your orders. Till now, 12h past.

02. Pls quickly answer EQ and confirm WF back asap, then we will expedite PCB manufacturing for you as fast as below fastest lead time.(If have EQ or you need to confirm WF before production, )

2L PCB in 12h fastest, 4-6L PCB in 24h;

6/8L PCB in 48h, 10L and 10L+ PCB in 72h;

If without EQ and WF not needed to be confirmed by you, till now, 24h past.

03. Because we begin sourcing components meanwhile PCBs are under manufacturing, so when PCB finished, normally components arrive our factory too. Finished PCB will be transferred to high-speed SMT mounting machines to mount components, SMT can be finished fastest in 12h,specific depends on your order quantity and components types quantity. Till now, 36h past.

04. Dip components will be soldered by hand(small quantity) or by Reflow Soldering Oven, fastest just need 12h. Till now, 48h past.

05. Function test and packing.
So for whole PCB and PCBA expedite manufacturing process, we can finish and ship to you in 72h = 12h(PCB manufacturing)+48h(Components Sourcing)+24h(SMT+DIP)
